What is the video quality in the members area ?
Don’t go by the trailers ! To keep the bandwidth down in previous years the trailers are of a lower resolution than what is available in the members area - The later trailers are now at a resolution of 720 x 576 which is also the minimum found in the members area, also the bit rate from 2010 has now risen to a minimum 2000 kB/s.

What Format are your videos in ?
We tried a few different formats after feedback from previous members and decided on DivX - But now things have moved on and we feel its time to use different formats - So we have now changed over to H.264 mp4 and WMV. This should make it easier for you and for us when we start to go HD.
Does your site support streaming of your videos ?
No we don’t because streaming would kill our bandwidth usage - We don’t give any support for this.
Can I edit and join your movie segments into one full length movie ?
There are many software packages, but one of the popular free ones is Virtualdub
