Please be aware that your login codes are CaSe SenSitivE - If you keep been asked (in an endless loop) for your passwords in Microsoft’s Internet Explorer - It’s a known unfixed problem - Install and use Firefox. If Internet Explorer wont let you download from the links - Use Firefox….In fact we recommend you use Firefox ! If you believe you have another problem please email me.
Why do I have to remember a random set of letters and numbers and can't choose my own password ?
This is to aid site security - If you where to choose your own passwords we may end up with a great many ABC123 or similar and that wouldn’t be good for us.
My credit card was declined - why ?
Verotel do many checks on our behalf and we don’t know all the reasons but if a customer has issued a chargeback or uses a pre-paid card they are blocked.
Can I pay Using cheque / cash ?
Sorry due to possible processing problems these options are not available.
Can I pay Using PayPal ?
We would like to accept PayPal but they have changed their terms and conditions and stopped accepting website signups via their service.
What will apear on my credit card statement ?
“WWW.VTSUP.COM / VEROTEL” will appear on your credit card statement.
Why do you only accept payment by credit card ?
There are a few reasons why this is, one been that children don’t normally have credit cards ! So this goes a long way to help protect minors from gaining access to our site.

I have paid for a one month membership - How do I change it to the two month or recurring option ?
Go to Ticket club via our join page (Not - www.ticketsclub.com) Log in with your usercode and passcode - You can then change your membership.
How do I cancel and will I have to pay a fee to stop my membership ?
No, you can quit at anytime and it won’t cost you extra. If you signed up for a one month / one time transaction then your membership will expire automatically and will not need to be cancelled. If it was a recurring membership or for any other reason, just email us with your first passcode and instructions and we will do the rest.

My account has been suspended. Why? What do I do?
We have security scripts to protect against hackers and password traders. Sometimes these scripts can block legitimate users (eg if you've accessed the site from several different computers recently, or have had too many failed login attempts).
